Multi-purpose ICT Company inaugurated in Kumasi

Ministry to promote ICT in schools

A curriculum for ICT training would therefore be put in place to make computer studies an integral part of basic and secondary education as well as teacher training. Use ICT To Reduce Poverty

Professor Jophus Anamuah-Mensah, Vice Chancellor of the University of Education has urged African countires to use Information Communication Technology (ICT)to harness potentials and reduce poverty. Minister inaugurates ICT centre at Agona Abodom

The Deputy Central Regional Minister Mr Samuel Kweku Obodai on Saturday inaugurated a 500-million cedi Information and Communication Technology (ICT) centre constructed by the members of the Abodom Development Association. He commended the members of the association for their sense of responsibility in the provision of ICT which would assist the pupils, students and teachers in the town to become computer literate. Sekondi to get post office with ICT facilities

Mr Kofi Dua-Adonteng, Managing Director of Ghana Post who announced this said a post office equipped with ICT facilities was ideal with the current development in information technology. Mr Dua-Adonteng said a post office with ICT facilities would enable many people nationwide to have access to Internet facilities.
